The Bar Gym Bali is a strength training gym in Seminyak Bali focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals – whether it is to lose weight, get stronger or gain muscle. Our fitness philosophy is explained below but the best way to learn about who we are is to visit our gym in Seminyak.
Lifting Right In The Gym
Lifting right means having proper lifting form combined with the right training program. These are basic requirements for strength training. Next is sticking to the program and improving session after session—i.e. progressive overload. This will shape your body, improve strength, and build muscle. If you train at The Bar for at least 3 months, you will get a training program (and nutrition guidelines) based on your fitness goals – free of charge.
Nutrition
A big part of getting in shape is taking charge of your nutrition. When you sign up for a 3-month membership with us, we will provide you with the nutrition guidelines on how to track your nutrition and also recommend an eating approach that suits your weight goals for optimal results.
Education
No one should be afraid to lift just because they don’t know how. Whether you are new to strength training or would like to know how to lose weight safely, we conduct info sessions and workshops for both so that you have the right knowledge to take charge of your own fitness journey.
